Adopt A Room
Our latest fundraising endeavor is 2F and 3F Adopt-A-Room. 2F now has 18 new private patient rooms that can be “adopted” for $10,000 each. A plaque will be placed outside the room with an engraving to designate:
- In Memory of
- In Honor of
- A Gift from
Followed by the name requested by the donor.
Each of the beautiful new patient rooms are equipped with Hill-Rom’s Care Assist ES bed, which sets a new standard for patient safety and comfort and makes caregivers more effective. Dozens of design innovations, including enhanced patient position, easy-to-use controls and an on-bed scale and alarm make this adjustable electric hospital bed the one that meets the needs of everyone in the care setting.
The rooms also come with better, more energy efficient multi-level exam lighting, a 26” Phillips LCD Flat Screen TV on a tilt and swirl mount (with closed caption availability), direct in town dial-in phone capability, a computer with flat screen monitor (mounted to the wall for caregiver use in patient documentation) and innovative pass-through cabinets which allow the caregiver to reach needed supplies without leaving the patient room.
