Patient Feedback and Grievance Process

If you believe your rights as a patient have been violated, we encourage you to contact the relevant Area Manager or request assistance from the Patient Representative. They will address your concerns and work with you to find a resolution.

If the issue remains unresolved or you are dissatisfied with the outcome, you have the right to file a formal grievance. Please contact our Patient Representative at 573-472-7444.
