July 2021 Employee of the Month

Stanley Triplett

When asked about our July Employee of the Month, dependable, hardworking, and kind-hearted are 3 words used to describe him.

Stanley joined Missouri Delta in February of 2020 and has been an essential team member of the Maintenance Department ever since.  One coworker had this to say, “Stanley always has such a pleasant demeanor and greets everyone he passes.  He never complains and is willing to complete any task given to him.  He is just a joy to be around and a huge asset to MDMC.”

“Stan the Man is always helpful and gets the job done no matter what is thrown in his direction. He’s such a kind-hearted, hard-working, and trusting employee. MDMC is so lucky to have him as an employee. He definitely deserves to be honored as an employee of the month.”
