Missouri Delta Medical Center is proud to offer COVID-19 vaccination to the community.

Beginning Friday, April 9, 2021, anyone in Missouri over the age of 16 wanting to receive a COVID-19 vaccine can get one!

If you are interested in receiving a Covid vaccine, we encourage you to visit our links below to make an appointment. The date and location of the clinics change based on need. Please note that vaccinations are distributed by appointment only.

If you are interested in learning more about the COVID-19 vaccine, please refer to the CDC website.

Schedule Your Appointment Now
Please click on the link below to schedule your first dose. We are administering the Pfizer-BioNTech which is a 2 dose sequence 21 days apart. Your 2nd dose appointment will be made before you leave your 1st dose appointment.  The 2nd dose dates are also listed. Please be sure you can make both appointments before scheduling. The vaccine is most effective after two doses.

Available Locations and Dates

If you need help scheduling, please call (573) 472-7406. Our lines have been very busy. Please leave a message with your contact number and we will return your call as soon as possible. You may also email any questions to wmontgomery@missouridelta.com

What Do I Do Before My Appointment?
After scheduling your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with information to review. This email comes from “Missouri Delta Medical Center (via Calendly) notifications@calendly.com”. Please check your spam, junk and “other” email folders if you don’t see the confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at 573-472-7406 to confirm your appointment. There is a consent form link in the confirmation email. If you are able to, please print, complete and bring with you to your appointment. If you are unable to print we will have forms at the door to be completed on arrival for your appointment.

What Happens on the Day of My Appointment?

When attending your appointment, please:

  • Wear a loose-fitting, short-sleeved shirt.
  • Follow masking and physical distancing guidelines.
  • Bring your photo identification and your completed consent form. (If you don’t complete your consent form ahead of time, we have them at check-in.)

Arrival
Because we are scheduling by appointment only, there is no need to arrive more than 15 minutes early. We have set up our appointment slots to ensure appropriate physical distancing and efficient patient flow. If you have an appointment, we have your dose saved for you!

Departure
We have an observation area where you may sit after you receive your vaccination. It is recommended you stay with us for 15mins after your first injection. Our staff includes nurses who have access to anaphylaxis kits, automated external defibrillators (AEDs), and vital sign monitors to provide the safest possible environment. This is when a staff member will come to you and schedule your 2nd dose appointment.

How Much Does the Vaccine Cost?
Missouri Delta Medical Center is not charging or filing insurance for these vaccines or the administration of them. In partnership with the Scott County Health Department, we believe this is part of our mission to keep the community healthy.
