June 2023 Employee of the Month

Brittany Parker, Pharmacy Technician

Our June employee of the month, Brittany Parker, started her journey with Missouri Delta in the Pharmacy Department over 13 years ago.  One coworker said, “She has always been a hard worker, and has progressed her way to being the Senior Pharmacy Technician in the Pharmacy Department. In addition to this position, when the pharmacy buyer retired last year, Brittany stepped up to also take on the role of the pharmacy buyer. As such, Brittany plays multiple key roles at Missouri Delta by ensuring all routine pharmacy tasks are completed within the department and being responsible for purchasing all medications used within the hospital, outpatient pharmacy, and all 25+ Missouri Delta clinics. Brittany’s knowledge and understanding of the day-to-day operations is vital for the department to carry out all essential functions. She serves as a resource to not only our pharmacy technicians, but also to our pharmacists and clinical staff. Her hard work and dedication to Missouri Delta shows each day and I can think of no better person deserving of such recognition.”
