April 2024- Alayna Kelley

Our April Employee of the Month, Alayna Kelley, exudes a supportive and inclusive work environment, lifting others up and spreading positivity wherever she goes! One coworker states, “Alayna is so kind and helpful to all the patients. They all love her! She goes beyond her duties to assist whatever needs to be done for the patients.” Alayna started with Missouri Delta in 2011 where she works as an Occupational Therapist helping patients reach their rehabilitation goals. When asked about her job, Alayna says, “I love my job! Everyone works together; it’s like a little family. We spend a lot of time working with patients and it is so rewarding to see their physical progress.”
