April 2026 EOM- Rod Emerson

Rod joined the Missouri Delta Team in January 2019. He consistently goes above and beyond in his role as a Security Guard, demonstrating professionalism, sound judgment, and a deep commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all. His ability to thoughtfully assess each situation and adapt his response sets him apart—especially when faced with difficult situations, where his calm demeanor and steady presence make a meaningful difference.

As one team member shared in his nomination:

"Rod's performance as a security guard consistently exceeds expectations. Throughout numerous challenging events, his professionalism and skill stand out. He approaches each situation thoughtfully, adapting his response to the unique circumstances of the moment. Rod demonstrates both compassion and empathy, allowing him to build trust and effectively de escalate challenging interactions. While all of our security team members perform their duties with great skill, Rod goes above and beyond in his role. His dedication, judgment, and commitment to creating a safe environment make him an invaluable member of our staff. We are fortunate to have him on our team, and I believe he is highly deserving of this recognition."
