February 2026 EOM- Sherri Glover

Please help us congratulate our February Employee of the Month, Sherri Glover!

Sherri joined the Missouri Delta team 41 years ago as a nurse extern on the medical floor, alongside her twin sister. Throughout her career, she has worked in the ICU, surgery, and education departments, positively impacting both coworkers and patients along the way.

One colleague writes, " Sherri is very knowledgeable in all areas, policy driven, with new and old employees. She assists the managers/directors daily as when they call, she can answer their questions or direct them to the right source. She is very experienced with computer programs i.e.: Care Learning, assist with Policy Manager, and the spread sheets she designs for scheduling CPR, PALS, ACLS, NRP assists our employees from being expired and managers notified. She is very kind on the phone and teaches in a way that is understandable for all ages and specialties. Thank goodness we have her to remind us of any required classes and gives dates for scheduling. Truly one of the best educators at MDMC! Sherri deserves this recognition and the proudness of seeing her photo on the wall as one of MDMC 's best!!"
