July 2026 Employee of the Month – Alan Mitchell

Missouri Delta Medical Center is proud to recognize Alan Mitchell, Biomedical Equipment Technician, as our July 2026 Employee of the Month.

Alan joined the Missouri Delta team in April 2018 and plays a vital role in ensuring the medical equipment our team depends on is safe, reliable, and functioning properly. His dedication behind the scenes helps support quality patient care throughout the hospital.

This is Alan's second time being named Employee of the Month, having also received the honor in 2024—a testament to the consistent professionalism and positive attitude he brings to work each day.
