June 2026 EOM- Allison Eftink

Missouri Delta Medical Center is proud to recognize Allison Eftink, RN, BSN, of the Emergency Department as our June Employee of the Month.

Allie's journey at Missouri Delta is a testament to her dedication, perseverance, and passion for patient care. She began her career with Missouri Delta 10 years ago as a Patient Care Tech before advancing to an LPN and ultimately earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing to become a Registered Nurse. Her commitment to professional growth and excellence has made her an invaluable member of the Emergency Department team.

One coworker shared, "Allie is not just an amazing nurse, but an exceptional person. She is empathetic, caring, polite, cordial, professional, and respectful to patients, families, and staff. Allie has a calm demeanor about herself, which is a key characteristic to possess working in the ER where it can be very challenging at times. She is easy to work with even in the most hectic, difficult situations and represents MDMC with pride, professionalism, and grace."

Allie's dedication to her patients, her teammates, and Missouri Delta exemplifies the values we strive to uphold every day. We are grateful for her service, leadership, and positive impact on those around her.
