October 2025 EOM- Julie Hays

Missouri Delta is proud to recognize Julie Hays as our October Employee of the Month!

Julie has been a dedicated member of the Missouri Delta family since January 2001, beginning her career on theSkilled Nursing Unit—which later became our Inpatient Rehab Unit—where she spent 12 years providing exceptional patient care. For the past 13 years, Julie has continued to make an impact in Same Day/Outpatient Surgery Unit, bringing warmth, skill, and positivity to both her patients and coworkers every day.

When asked about her work, Julie shared that she loves her job and working for the hospital. Her coworkers describe her as “a hard worker who always has a smile on her face” and “a very pleasant person with an encouraging word for everyone.”
