September 2026 EOM- Samantha Cowell

Congratulations to Samantha Cowell, Nurse Assistant, our September Employee of the Month! Samantha joined Missouri Delta Medical Center in May 2024 and has quickly become a valued member of the team.

Samantha’s nominations consistently highlighted her dedication, kindness, strong work ethic and willingness to help others. Whether caring for patients, preparing rooms, helping coworkers or stepping up when the floor is short-staffed, Samantha can always be counted on to jump in with a positive attitude and a smile.

One nomination summed it up perfectly: “I can't think of a single time that Sam hasn't been the first one to jump up when someone needs help.”
