Join Missouri Delta for Outside the Huddle Coaches Clinic, continuing education for regional coaches. Participants will receive 5 contact hours of professional development. This training also meets MSHSAA annual concussion training requirements and may qualify toward district-specific career ladder or advancement opportunities.

- Network with hundreds of coaches from your region.
- Expanding Knowledge: Position coaches or coordinators looking to expand their areas of expertise can attend speeches that focus on topics outside their job descriptions.
- Continuing Education Credits: Missouri Delta Coaches Clinic will provide a certificate of attendance for live clinics upon request. This can then be submitted to your school board or state for continuing education credits, depending upon their policy.

Speakers
Dr. Rudy Rodriguez is a Columbia University-trained orthopedic surgeon with over 12 years of experience serving patients at Missouri Delta Medical Center. With a background working alongside professional athletes, including experience with NFL and MLB organizations in Minnesota and New York, he brings a high level of expertise in the treatment of sports-related injuries.
Dr. Rodriguez specializes in advanced orthopedic care, helping athletes of all levels recover from injury and return to peak performance. His experience treating both elite and community athletes allows him to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care using the latest techniques and technology.
Dr. Marc Lumsden is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with additional certification in Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) and a passion for sports medicine. As a former collegiate football player, he brings a unique perspective to caring for athletes and understands the importance of keeping players healthy and performing at their best. He has nearly 10 years of medical experience, including more than five years in practice since completing residency, and has a particular interest in concussion care and management. Outside the clinic, Dr. Lumsden keeps his competitive edge alive through golf, pickleball, and even competitive eating. He also has a strong passion for education and enjoys teaching athletes, coaches, and peers about injury prevention and care.
Dr. Chance White, DPT, VAM, VRC, is a vestibular specialist with over 12 years of experience in the assessment and treatment of vestibular disorders and concussions. He is certified through the American Institute of Balance (AIB) and has advanced training in Vestibular Assessment and Management (VAM) and Vestibular Rehabilitation and Concussion (VRC). In addition to his clinical expertise, Dr. White has a strong background in education. He is a certified Physical Education instructor (K–12) with eight years of teaching and varsity coaching experience, and he holds a master’s degree in Elementary and Secondary Administration. His combined experience in healthcare and athletics provides a unique perspective in treating and educating active populations.
Mike Greene, PT, earned his Bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training from Southwest Missouri State University in 1999, followed by a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy in 2001. With 24 years of experience as a Physical Therapist—including 20 years with ReStart and Missouri Delta Medical Center—Mike serves as Director of Rehabilitation Services, overseeing both outpatient and inpatient therapy programs. Under his leadership, ReStart has experienced significant growth and now offers a comprehensive range of services comparable to those found in larger metropolitan areas. Mike works closely with local industries to support injured workers in their recovery and return to work. He also has a strong passion for working with area athletes, helping them safely recover and return to the sports they love.
Kyle Lemarr, ATC is a certified Athletic Trainer with Missouri Delta Medical Center, providing comprehensive care to athletes and patients across Southeast Missouri. A native of Malden, Missouri, Kyle graduated from Malden High School in 2011 before continuing his education at Missouri State University, where he earned his undergraduate degree in Sports Medicine and Athletic Training. Following his undergraduate studies, Kyle accepted a graduate assistantship in Northeast Texas while simultaneously completing his Master’s degree in Healthcare Management through Southeast Missouri State University. In his role at Missouri Delta Medical Center, Kyle works daily with a diverse patient population in the orthopedic clinic. His responsibilities include patient evaluation, casting and splint application, and patient education to support recovery and long-term health. In addition to his clinical work, Kyle serves in the secondary school setting, primarily covering Sikeston Public Schools, while also supporting surrounding schools throughout the region. He is a familiar presence on the sidelines at local athletic events, providing care and injury management for student-athletes. Kyle specializes in orthopedic injuries, general healthcare, first aid, and emergency care, and is dedicated to promoting safe participation in sports and effective rehabilitation for all patients.
Gabrielle Hicks, MA, RD, LD, serves as Director of Dining Services for Morrison Healthcare at Missouri Delta Medical Center. A Registered Dietitian with more than 10 years of experience, Gabrielle has been part of the Missouri Delta team for over eight years. Her background also includes work with WIC and teaching nutrition at the college level. Passionate about education, Gabrielle enjoys helping individuals better understand the role nutrition plays in overall health and performance.
