Amy Alcorn, director of the Missouri Delta Foundation, said she was thrilled to help organize the popular breast cancer luncheon again this year. Last year’s luncheon was the Foundation’s first following a two-year absence due to COVID-19.

While the clinic remains open during construction, plans are for the pharmacy to be fully operational by early summer.
Under the program, Missouri Delta patients will be screened to determine food insecurity issues. Those who are identified will receive a box of healthy foods, including items like canned vegetables and peanut butter, to take home with them upon discharge.
The vestibular system includes the parts of the inner ear and brain that process the sensory information involved with controlling balance and eye movements.
