Mike Greene, MPT
Director

Mike graduated with a Master’s in Physical Therapy from Southwest Baptist University. He has been practicing for more than 16 years and has been at Restart since March, 2010. His clinical interests are in the shoulder, knee, sports rehab, and industrial rehabilitation–though he really enjoys working with a variety of diagnoses. Mike is married and has three children. He enjoys watching his kids compete in swimming and other sports, and enjoys activities such as golf  and hunting.

Tina Abate, PT

Tina has been practicing has a physical therapist for more than 25 years! She has been at ReStart since 2006. She has a passion for working with pediatric patients. In addition, Tina enjoys manual therapy, having practiced JFB Myofascial Release and Cranial Sacral Therapy for over 20 years. In her spare time, Tina enjoys reading, traveling, working with horses, and being with her children.

Tracy Davied, PT

Tracy is a graduate of Maryville University in St. Louis, MO. She received her Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy in 1996 and has been practicing as since that time. She specializes in myofascial release, treatment of neurological conditions, and the spine. Tracy is married and has two children. In her spare time, she enjoys riding horses and spending time with her family.

Scott Heeb, PT
Assistant Director

Scott is a graduate of Mizzou’s Physical Therapy Program. Scott has been with ReStart for 12 years and possesses an impressive 26 years of clinical experience in Physical Therapy. His primary clinical interests are in general orthopedics. Scott is married and has two children. When Scott is not at work, he enjoys playing golf, water skiing, and fishing. Scott works in our Sikeston and East Prairie clinics.

Elizabeth L., PT, OCS, MDT, CMP

Elizabeth recently started working at ReStart and is excited to be here! Elizabeth graduated with a Master’s of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College (Upstate NY) in 2004. She moved to the Seattle area post college and worked at outpatient orthopedic PT clinics around the Seattle area for 18 years.  Elizabeth and family recently came home to Missouri; her husband grew up in Dexter. Elizabeth is board certified in Orthopedics through the American Physical Therapy Association (2010) and has been a member of the APTA since 2002. She enjoys working with all types of patients, but particularly enjoys working with he spine. In her spare time she can be found playing outdoors with her husband, 2 children and 2 rescue dogs, Reba and Charlie.

Tricia Sindle, PT

Tricia graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Missouri in 2015. Since then, she has been treating pediatric patients and loves every minute! Tricia is excited to join the team at ReStart where she will continue offering pediatric care to the community as well as adults. Her passion is serving the community by providing services to those who need it most. Tricia loves to learn and advocate for the profession of Physical Therapy. She has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) since PT school and believes in providing the highest level of care possible to her patients. Tricia is married with two children with whom she enjoys spending time outdoors and tackling whatever adventure may come their way.

Cheryl Wasilewski, PT

Cheryl has been with ReStart since 2017 when ReStart and Sikeston Rehab merged. She has practiced as a physical therapist for 24 years with experience in a variety of settings. The majority of her experience is in outpatient orthopedics with an emphasis in treatment of the shoulder, knee, and spine. She is married (her husband is also a physical therapist!!) and they have two children who are very active in basketball, volleyball, church youth group, and much more. Cheryl loves spending time with her family and watching her children do the things they love!

Chance White, DPT

Chance graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, MO. He specializes in treating vestibular disorders related to dizziness and vertigo. He is an American Institute of Balance Certified Provider and has shown proven results in being able to evaluate and treat a plethora of vestibular related conditions. Chance has been with ReStart for over 2 years. He really enjoys educating patients about their conditions and working with patients and referral sources to develop an effective treatment strategy. Chance is married with 2 boys, and in his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and being active in his kid’s sporting activities.

Physical Therapist Assistants

Donna Carter, PTA

Donna has worked at ReStart for the past 11 years! She started at ReStart’s primary location in Sikeston, and then transitioned to working at our Charleston clinic in 2007. She enjoys working in a smaller community like Charleston, and really enjoys being able to connect with her patients. Outpatient therapy is her passion and she enjoys being able to see and treat a variety of things. Donna is married and has two children (and some grandchildren!!). For fun, Donna enjoys playing golf, camping, kayaking, and fishing with her husband.

Jeff Ellis, PTA

Jeff has worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at ReStart since 2000. Jeff brings a wealth of outpatient experience to our ReStart team. In addition to having the trust and respect of his patients, he also has earned the respect of his peers. Jeff was selected as Employee of the Year for at Missouri Delta in 2015. His favorite part of working at Restart is helping people maximize their level of function. Jeff is married and has two children. When not working, Jeff enjoys exercising and playing golf (FORE!!!)

Jessica Hawkins, PTA

Jessica has been with ReStart since 2015. She really enjoys working with the wide variety of patients that the outpatient setting offers. Jessica is married has one child. In her spare time, she likes to travel, spend time with her family, and watch football. GO BRONCOS!!!

Lacy Huck, PTA

Lacy has been a part of the ReStart team for the past seven years. She works primarily in our East Prairie clinic, but helps at most all of our locations as needed. Patients enjoy working with her because of her outgoing personality. Her favorite part of working at ReStart is being able to work with such a great team of people….she says “we are like family.” Lacy is married and has three children. In her spare time, she will shop till she drops, and enjoys travelling.

Lauren Marshall, PTA

Laruen has been with ReStart since 2017 when ReStart and Sikeston Rehab merged. She enjoys all aspects of caring for her patients, and enjoys expanding her knowledge based in all areas of rehabilitation. Lauren in newly married (CONGRATS), and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Meredyth McKelvey, PTA

Meredyth has been with ReStart since 2017 when ReStart and Sikeston Rehab merged. She is a Sikeston native, graduating from Sikeston High School. She then went on to Union University where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing. She then pursued a career in rehabilitation and graduated from the Cape Career and Technology Center as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Meredyth is married and loves spending time with her kids. She also loves playing the drums, volunteering in the community, traveling, and following Cardinals (GO REDBIRDS!!). She enjoys the variety that outpatient rehab provides and likes to see a wide range of diagnoses.

Tara Moody, PTA

Tara has been at ReStart for 12 years as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). She works in our New Madrid clinic with Tandle Gadberry and Tricia McClarty. She LOVES working with orthopedic patients, and in her spare time Tara will be found spending time with her family, going to church, watching her son play baseball and basketball, and visiting her daughter at Missouri State! (GO BEARS!)

Kari Murphy, PTA

Kari has been with ReStart since 1997! She works in our East Prairie clinic. The part of her job that Kari enjoys the most is helping her pateints get back to functional activities so they can enjoy life. Kari also finds satisfaction in working with athletes so that can get back in the game. Kari is married with one child. When not spending time with her family, she enjoys CrossFit (and she is awesome at it), and running!

Jon Erik Kern, PTA

Jon-Erik Kern is a PTA that has been working at Restart since 2020. Jon-Erik likes to work with wide variety of patients. Jon-Erik is married with three children. When not working, Jon-Erik likes to watch St. Louis Blues and St. Louis Cardinals. Go Blues and Cardinals!

Occupational Therapy

Nicole Cozean, OTR/L, CHT

Nicole is a graduate of Saint Louis University with a B.S. in Occupational Therapy. After graduation, she specialized in upper extremity injuries and became a Board Certified Hand Therapist in 2006. Nicole has performed guest lectures to the students in the Occupational Therapy Program at Saint Louis University and has served 10 years on the Missouri State Board of Occupational Therapy. She is actively involved with philanthropic organizations and her church, Saint Francis Xavier Parish. Nicole is married and has one child. During her free time, she enjoys working out and reading.

Megan Priday, OTR/L, CHT, CLT

Megan graduated from the University of Missouri is 2009. She has been a part of the ReStart team for the past four years. From September 2014 to September 2015 she attended an advanced upper extremity program through Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. This consisted of online coursework integrated with weekend laboratory sessions, cadaver anatomy, orthotic training, and advanced examination techniques. She then became a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), and has used her skills to help many hand, wrist, and elbow patients in the area. Megan is also trained in the treatment of lymphedema. Megan is married and has four children. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her children and family, going camping, and being outdoors.

Jennifer Steelman, SLP

Jennifer has been with ReStart since 2001. Since that time she has developed her skills in performing Modifided Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS) to assess individuals with swallowing disorders. More recently, she has added Fiberoptic Endoscopic Examination of Swallowing (FEES) as an additional way of instrumentally looking at swallowing function. Though she treats children through adults, her particular interests lie in the areas of swallowing and aphasia. Jennifer is married with three children. When she is not at work, she enjoys hanging out with her kids events and playing with her dogs.
