Board Certified obstectrician and gynecologist, Dr. McSpadden has practiced in Poplar Bluff Missouri and the surrounding region for 15 years. Graduating from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences in 2005 she then completed her residency at Grand Rapids Medical Education Consortium in 2009. A veteran who served for 11 years as a Major with the Army Reserves, Dr. McSpadden joined Missouri Highlands Health Care, an FQHC, in 2019 and currently serves as Chief Medical Officer and Director of OB/GYN Services.
